The PeopleForBikes Coalition is seeking a full time worker to assist organize, engage and motivate organizations to aid cycling within the PeopleForBikes Business Network.

PeopleForBikes Coalition could be the U.S. bicycle industry connection that works well to unite countless Americans, tens of thousands of organizations, and hundreds of communities which will make cycling much better for everybody. Through the company system, PeopleForBikes works closely with elected officials to improve assistance for bicycle driving at federal, condition and local amounts.

The Bike Business Organizer works daily to engage company within our coalitions for lots more and better bicycling, educates and involves the bike industry in PeopleForBikes and helps expand DRAFT Meetups nationwide.

The ideal applicant has company wedding knowledge, is innovative and innovative, and certainly will deliver powerful organizational and writing abilities toward position.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

Bachelor's level in business, communications, federal government, or a relevant area.

A powerful desire for company wedding – Experience or involvement into the tech sector, start-ups, business or trade associations, membership divisions, management programs, company coalitions or chambers of business.

Desire to work on a diverse selection of projects – company organizing, activities, governmental tasks, advertising and marketing materials, site content, and management work

Project management and company – Must be able to satisfy deadlines, juggle jobs, priorities and relationships and adjust to modifications without lacking a beat.

Collaboration – expert demeanor have real profit communicate and work effectively with co-workers and a variety of lovers including cycle business executives, merchants and staff of elected officials.

Motivated – Strong work ethic and self-directed.

Correspondence skills – Clear oral communicator while the capacity to produce, draft and edit written materials and follow brand name standards.

Foresight – ability to anticipate obstacles and program forward.

Passion for bicycles – a desire to improve bike driving in the U.S.

Willingness to travel.

Duties Include:

Business Engagement

Help in managing DRAFT: Colorado Meetup.

Organize our expanding nationwide series of DRAFT Meetups by recruiting and assisting with DRAFT events and finding innovative how to boost business outreach and wedding.

Assist grow and enhance our company coalition: artistically gather the cycle business throughout the country by utilizing current techniques and adapting new people from other sectors.

Handle PeopleForBikes Coalition Retailer Advisory Committee.
